Missing the liner, The shopping cart is incredible. Swivel front wheels make it very easy to maneuver. I bought it for my friend who is blind, so she appreciates the red color, as it makes her more visible. However, it was supposed to come with a liner which was not in the box. Without the liner, items fall through the cart. I notified Amazon and the manufacturer. Weeks later, have not heard from either one of them.
Bad turning, The "Front Swivel Wheels" do not swivel as you would think they would. It moves like a bad baby stroller from the early 90's, you the ones, you had to pull and push in 5 different directions to even get the wheels to move let alone swivel.
